Product overview:
It is made of sintered or electrofused magnesite or synthetic magnesia powder, which is mixed with binder and additive in proportion. The Magnesia refractory mortar is mainly used as the joint material for laying magnesia bricks.
According to MgO content, magnesia refractory mortar can be divided into three brands: MN-91, MN-95 and MN-97. Magnesia-aluminum refractory mortar can be divided into two brands according to MgO content: MLN-70 and MLN-80. According to the content of Cr2O3, Magnesia-chrome refractory mortar can be classified into four brands: MGN-8, MGN-12, MGN-16, and MGN-20.
The M, L, G and N respectively represent the first letter of magnesium, aluminum, chromium and mortar in Chinese pinyin, followed by the numbers respectively represent the mass fraction of MgO and Cr2O3.
Character:
1. Good plasticity and convenient construction;
2. High bond strength, strong corrosion resistance;
3. High refractoriness, up to 1650℃±50℃;
4. Good slag penetration resistance;
5. Good anti- spalling under high temperature.

7. What is the package of the products?
Normally the unshaped refractory is packed in bags of 25kg/30kg/1000kg and then put on wooden pallets suitable for the sea transportation if you have special requirement.
8. What is the capacity of the products?
20000 ton per month
9. How to store the unshaped refractory?
Please store them indoor and be away from moisture and water. Please do not stack the wooden pallets.
10. What is the period of validity of refractory castable and mortar?
Normally it is 6 months. But it must be keep well away from moisture and water.
